Return Policy

An item may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is withing 14 days of the receipt that is emailed out. Please note that SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Approved returns made after 14 days will be refunded via store credit with a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped you an incorrect item.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopwildwillowboutique@gmail.com and let us know what is wrong with your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know the address to send the return to. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee, unless you were shipped an incorrect item. If an incorrect item was sent to, you we will send you a return shipping label. Once a return is approved we will sent you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shoes must be returned in unused and unworn condition, and the box must be returned without tape or other packaging material added. Shoe boxes must not be used as the return packaging and they must be covered using another box or polymailer. Any shoe boxes returned uncovered will be denied and returned to customer.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

Arrival Time

After you place an order it will be processed within 6 hours unless your order is placed after 5PM MST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.

Shop Stevie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
